"I’ve been With State Farm going on two years, I’ve had an experience with a CSR, In which she gave me wrong information at the time that I needed help. I save this to Say always make a second or third call to speak with someone else if you’re not getting the proper information from the first CSR you’re talking with. A month after I spoke with a CSR name Darlyn, Pretending to renewal and also to find out about the same issue, I spoke to the first CSR the month before, To my understanding everything he told me was negative, and she went and looked over my Policy and everything was positive. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, Walk me through step-by-step so I can understand what I was signing for. She also informed me with information that will also help my teenager child to be added onto the Policy and on top of that she was able to add things on and most of all is to lower my bill. . I am writing to let State Farm knows that Darlyn Is a very intelligent, knowledgeable, smart, young lady they have working for their company, not because of her saving me a few bucks monthly, but the main reason that she took the time the effort to dig deep to find out what happen previously and try to fix that for me as a Customer, which I was so grateful. She needs to be recognized as a CSR and the great job that she has done. I’m so grateful for her service and Assistance and her patience. I must say, thank you Darlyn for assisting me and being so patient with me, I pray God continues to bless you to continue with your caring spirit you have to continue to do your best at what you do.
